  • Vacation Classes (All Batches)

  • Regular Classes (4th to 10th standard)

  • Specialized Coaching for Competitive Exams (Navodaya, Morarji, Adarsh, Sainik, etc.)

  • Hostel Booking Fees (if applicable)

This policy is implemented to ensure that every student’s seat is secured and the institute can plan accordingly. When a seat is reserved, we allocate resources such as faculty, materials, hostel space, and other logistical arrangements. Refunds would disrupt the planning process and affect other students waiting for admission.

2. Non-Refundable Fees After Admission Confirmation

After a student is officially admitted to Gnyanadeep Coaching Centre and attends even a single session or utilizes any facility of the institute (hostel, study materials, library access, etc.), no refund will be provided for any reason, including:

  • Personal decisions to discontinue the course.

  • Change of school, coaching preference, or relocation.

  • Family emergencies, medical reasons, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Education is a commitment that we make to our students, and we expect students and parents to honor the same commitment by ensuring they are fully certain before enrolling.

3. Payment Non-Transferability

All fees paid to Gnyanadeep Coaching Centre are non-transferable. This means:

  • Fees paid for one student cannot be transferred to another student.

  • Fees paid for one academic year or batch cannot be adjusted or forwarded to future batches.

  • Payments cannot be transferred to other programs or courses within the institute.

This policy ensures fair treatment to all students and helps the institute manage its finances and resources with clarity.

4. Rationale Behind the No-Refund Policy

a. Seat Blocking and Opportunity Cost

When a student confirms admission, the seat is considered filled. Many times, other students who wish to enroll are denied admission because the batch reaches full capacity. If refunds were allowed, it would lead to operational chaos and financial instability for the institution, especially if cancellations occur after planning, scheduling, and faculty allocation.

b. Advance Resource Allocation

Once a student is admitted, we invest in study materials, hostel planning, teacher scheduling, student profiling, and personalized mentoring plans. These preparations incur costs that cannot be reversed if a student withdraws.

c. Educational Commitment

Education is a two-way commitment, where we promise to provide the best quality learning and expect students to commit their attendance, efforts, and cooperation. 5. Exceptional Situations - Case-by-Case Consideration

While our policy is strictly non-refundable, the Management reserves the right to consider rare, unavoidable situations on a case-by-case basis, purely at its discretion. Such situations may include:

  • Severe medical emergencies (with documented medical proof).

  • Sudden relocation due to job transfers (for hostel students).

  • Unexpected closures caused by natural calamities or government orders.

However, even in such cases, refunds are not guaranteed, and any decision made by the Chairman and Management team will be final and binding.

6. Importance of Clear Understanding Before Admission

To avoid any confusion or misunderstanding, all parents and students are:

  • Clearly explained the Refund Policy at the time of admission.

  • Required to sign an acknowledgment form confirming they have read and understood this policy.

7. Hostel Fee Refund - Special Note

For students availing hostel facilities, the hostel booking amount and hostel fee are also non-refundable. Hostel arrangements require advance resource allocation such as:

  • Hostel staff scheduling

  • Security arrangements

Since these arrangements are finalized based on the number of bookings, refunds would disrupt hostel operations and increase costs for other students. Therefore, once hostel fees are paid, they are completely non-refundable.

9. Digital Payments and Online Booking

For admissions booked online or through digital payment methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, QR Code Payment, etc.), the same no-refund policy applies. Digital payment convenience does not alter the policy in any way.

  • It is also printed on the Admission Form, Fee Receipt, and our Official Website.
